Invitation to the 20th anniversary Conference on Quality and Social Responsibility
Updated 13.11.2025
The Slovak Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (ÚNMS SR), as the coordinator of state quality policy, invites representatives of public administration organisations, CAF model users, and everyone interested in topics focused on quality and social responsibility to the 20th Conference on Quality and Social Responsibility.
The conference will take place on 25 September 2025 in the Congress Hall of the ÚNMS SR at Karloveská 63 in Bratislava (building of the Slovak Institute of Metrology) from 09:00 – 15:00.
We are pleased that for two decades, we have been jointly creating a space for professional discussion, sharing experiences, and building partnerships. The 20th anniversary of the Conference on Quality and Social Responsibility is proof that topics related to quality and social responsibility have a firm place in our society and are constantly evolving.
The main goal of the conference is to present the activities of organisations and individuals who are long-term dedicated to enhancing quality and responsible approaches across various areas of the public and private sectors. The event also opens a space for discussion on current issues related to the functioning of organisations – both internally and externally.
An interesting expansion of the programme is the fact that on the day before the conference, a professional conference of the State Institute of Vocational Education (ŠIOV) will take place in the same premises. Its main theme will be “Quality Assurance in Education – From Strategies to Practice.”
We believe that this temporal and content connection between the two events will create a unique opportunity for all participants interested in quality, innovation, and effective practices.
The following topics will be presented at the conference:
- Risk Management in Public Administration
- Silence is not Golden: How to Set Up an Effective Internal Reporting System (Whistleblowing)
- How to Implement Change? Creation and Implementation of (Not Only) Behavioural Interventions in Public Administration
- Quality as a Process: How UCM Implements and Develops an Internal Quality Management System
- Social Responsibility as a Part of Improvement in Public Administration Organisations
- Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration: Benefits, Limits, and Scenarios for Utilisation
- Digital Future Project – An Opportunity for Top Managers, Representatives of Self-Governments, and Public Institutions
- The Project on the Use of Artificial Intelligence to Increase Citizen Participation from the Perspective of the City of Martin
Registration is open, and participation in the conference is free of charge.
