CAF Centre for Better Quality in Public Administration Organizations in Slovakia
The CAF Centre serves as the first point of contact for public administration organizations seeking to improve performance and deliver higher-quality services to citizens and customers. It provides support and guidance in the field of quality management, with a focus on basic consultancy, educational activities, and the exchange of information and good practices, and many other related activities.
Training activities
The CAF Centre offers educational activities for managers and employees of public administration organizations, aimed at broadening their knowledge and improving the quality and effectiveness of their organizations. The offer includes training sessions, workshops, and seminars on quality management topics. Activities are held in the CAF Centre’s training room at the Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing of the Slovak Republic or online.
