Partners of the National Project
The national project “Implementation and Support of Quality Management in Public Administration Organizations” was, due to the number of partners involved, one of the largest projects under the Operational Programme Effective Public Administration. During the planning phase, ministries, other central government authorities, and many of their budgetary and contributory organizations were approached and offered the opportunity to implement either a comprehensive quality management model or a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Following numerous negotiations and meetings, 19 partner organizations, together with the Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing, decided to participate in the national project. In addition to the implementation of the CAF model, the EFQM Excellence Model, and a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, the project also included a pilot implementation of an anti-bribery management system in accordance with ISO 37001:2016 and the Quality Culture Self-Assessment Tool. In total, the national project comprised 27 implementations within its implementation phase, with a further 15 implementations carried out through the CAF Centre.
