As the year draws to a close, we would like to thank you for your support on behalf of the entire CAF Center team. We are very pleased that we could once again meet a large number of people from various public administration organizations at our training center this year.

The reason we founded the CAF Center in 2019 is also stated in our motto: “CAF Center for better quality of public administration organizations.” However, achieving this goal is a long-distance run, and we are glad that we can walk this path with you, our customers. Without your interest in improvement, knowledge, and new solutions, as well as your willingness to share good practices and experiences, it would be very difficult to achieve our goals; therefore, you deserve a big thank you.

It is already the seventh year since we began operating the CAF Center, and we strive to ensure that the outcome of the project through which the CAF Center was created becomes a recognized and established consulting and educational center providing professional activities in the field of quality management in public administration. In today’s turbulent times, it is increasingly difficult to find resources for operations as consolidation affects an ever-widening sphere of our lives; however, we believe that we will successfully continue our activities for many years to come.

In 2025, we implemented 43 educational activities at the CAF Center, consisting of 9 training sessions, 17 workshops, 14 seminars, and 3 conferences. Established online educational activities were also successful, although they represent a greater challenge for trainers, as it is much harder to develop a discussion with people in the online space than directly in the classroom. But as they say, everything has its pros and cons, and online education is particularly welcomed by organizations from various distant corners of Slovakia.

And speaking of numbers, a total of 1,565 people participated in training in 2025, of which 77% were female employees and 23% were male employees of public administration organizations. The most frequent names appearing on the attendance lists this year were Katarína, Jana, Zuzana and Peter, Martin, and Vladimír.

An important activity of the CAF Center is also connecting organizations and the exchange of experience. We managed to achieve this through conferences. In the autumn, we organized the jubilee 20th Conference on Quality and Social Responsibility, which enjoyed appropriate success. It had the highest attendance of the last ten years. In addition, we organized two online conferences: in June on the topic of internal documentation management and in October on the topic of risk management.

We also welcomed several organizations to the CAF Center that were interested in individual consultations or an exchange of experience. These meetings covered various topics, from process management, implementation of the CAF model, or ISO 9001 quality management systems, to social responsibility.

We look forward to further cooperation and meetings in the coming year, but before that, we would like to wish you a Merry and Peaceful Christmas and a successful start to the New Year 2026. May the coming year be full of quality decisions and experiences for you, and may you be surrounded by good colleagues and friends.
